3/24/2020 AVAILABLE Full Caucasian Baby BOY Born March 5, 2020 in the state of Wyoming . Mother is 18 years old, states that there had been no substance abuse during the pregnancy . Baby born with Tetralogy of Fallot (TOF) and needs surgery in June or July. Please read up about this heart condition to make sure that you are educated about it prior to applying . A family with some medical knowledge/background would be wonderful. The mother is very young and does not feel like she is capable of raising him , financially or emotionally .
